This research was carried out by mixing activated carbon and bentonite as adsorbent with multiple comparison. Adsorption used in the researched was using the batch method. Test parameters were performed on cooking oil before and after adsorption. The results obtained, the decline efficiency acid number reached 73,81% with the use of adsorbent 4:1 (g) (bentonite:activated carbon), the decline efficiency water content of 94%, the decline efficiency peroxide reached 75% and the decline efficiency number of iodine with the 39,28% with the use of adsorbent 3:2 (g) (bentonite:activated carbon). Efficiency decrease in metal content reached 80,84% for Pb and 91,52% for Cu with the use of adsorbent 4,5: 0,5 (g) (bentonite:activated carbon).enactivated carbonbentonitewaste cooking oilPENCAMPURAN KARBON AKTIF DAN BENTONIT SEBAGAI ADSORBEN DALAM PERBAIKAN BEBERAPA PARAMETER MINYAK GORENG BEKASstudent Paper Post Degree
