The complementary feeding being to provide sufficient nutrients to maintain health, recover when sick, performing a variety of activities, growth, physical and psychomotor development. In the fact, complementary feeding gave to baby on 0-6 month and can cause illness. Baby’s with illness need more energy to growth. The aim of this research is to know correlation between early complementary feeding to baby’s growth. The design of this is research descriptive correlation with cross sectional. This research was done in Teratak Buluh village with 60 samples used total sampling method. This research used quisioner and observation sheet. This research used univariate and bivariate analyses and used chi-square test. This research there is no correlation between early complementary feeding to baby’s growth in infant 0-6 month (p value = 1.000).
