This study aimed to determine the abiotic effect on the sustainability of the kulim vegetation in the Ghimbo Potai Prohibition Forest. The method used was purposive sampling by checking the existence of kulim trees, then a circle plot was made according to the canopy area and vegetation analysis was carried out. Air humidity in the five plots was in the range of 77-80%, while the air temperature ranges from 27.2 to 31.1℃. The intensity of sunlight under the canopy of the kulim trees ranges from 2,630 lux to 48,100 lux. Kulim tree canopy cover in this study ranged from 61.03% to 73.63%. Soil pH obtained in this study for the five kulim tree plots ranged from 5.2 to 6.1. The abiotic data obtained shows that the Kulim trees in the Ghimbo Potai Customary Prohibition Forest are classified as normal because of the abiotic factors that support the growth and existence of this species.enGhimbo PotaiKulimPurposive samplingAbioticcanopy coverPENGARUH FAKTOR ABIOTIK TERHADAP REGENERASI KULIM DI KAWASAN HUTAN LARANGAN ADAT GHIMBO POTAIArticle
