Reviews on the Google Play Store site can be used as a reference for Grab companies to better understand user needs. The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the classification of positive sentiment and negative sentiment from the Grab application based on reviews from the Google Play Store site using the sentiment analysis method with the maximum entropy approach method. Maximum Entropy aims to obtain the best probability value that is close to reality and able to provide maximum value.
