Therefore, this research was carried out to isolate and catalyze secondary metabolite compounds and to test the toxicity of the ethyl acetate extract of the leaves of the mistletoe rubber tree (Helixanthera sp.) using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test method (BSLT). The results of the research show that the ethyl acetate extract of rubber tree mistletoe leaves in fraction 5 (F5) is thought to belong to a terpenoid compound which has the functional groups O-H, aliphatic C-H, C=C (alkene) and C-O with a melting point of 170-172 ÂșC.
