The purpose of this research is to isolate fungi from soil that contaminated with oil spill, and to test its ability in degrading crude oil. The ability of fungi to grow on the Bushnell Haas that containing crude oil was done by growing fungi in Bushnell Haas agar. The ability of fungi in degrading crude oil was tested with culturing it in Bushnell Haas broth that contain crude oil for 25 days. Twelve fungi isolates had been isolated from contaminated crude oil soil in Minas and Lirik. The growth test result indicated that isolate LL-A05 had the largest diameter colony (4.83 cm), while isolate LL-A06 had the smallest diameter colony (0.87 cm). All isolate have the ability in degrading crude oil. Isolate LL-A07 had the highest ability of degradation (86%) and isolate LL-A06 had the smallest degradation (69%).enBioremediationcrude oilindigenous fungiISOLASI FUNGI PENDEGRADASI HIDROKARBON MINYAK BUMI DARI SAMPEL TANAH TERCEMAR TUMPAHAN MINYAK BUMIstudent Paper Post Degree
