A lot of conflict had been created at this intersection as a result by vehicle movement that pass over the intersection and in great numbers of the public transport that stopped there to get and drop may raise the side friction, so that decrease the road capacity, queue length and traffic delay increase so that cause a complex traffic problem. The data that result of traffic volume and signal time survei had been calculated and analyzed in order to get capacity, degree of saturation, queue length, and delay that created at the intersection SM Amin and HR Soebrantas road in condition.The traffic volume reach the maxsimum hourly rate at 957 vph that happen at direction HW St (HR Soebrantas West Straight), with capacity = 931 pcph, degree of saturation = 1,003 , queue lenght = 258 m, average branch delay = 80,30 sec/pc and the level of service F.
