Antibacterial activity was determined using the agar diffusion technique. The extracts of S. palustris were used at a concentration of 30 μg, the antibiotic amoxsan® was used as a positive control, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as a negative control. The results indicated that the extracts depicted various activities antibacterial Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.enantibacterialS. palustrisUJI ANTIBAKTERI EKSTRAK DARI TUMBUHAN KELAKAI (Stenochlaena palustris)Article
