The research was conducted in the glass house of Technique Service Department (UPT), the gardening center of Universitas Riau from February to June 2007. The research was done by having an experiment in the complete random which consist of two factor as follows. The first factor is the distribution of manure with 3 stages of act and the second factor is the water distribution with 5 stages of act. From the experiment above, we get 15 combination of act which get 3 plant of act. The result of research shows that the distribution of manure about 20 ton/hectare and the water distribution 75 % to 125 % of field capacity can give good benefit for the growth and production of chilli.ManuresWaterChilliUR e-Research
