This study used accidental sampling method then selected 95 people sampled. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis of partial and simultan (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0). From the results of testing that has been done, the simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on learning motivation variable. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable interest has the most significant effect on the variable motivation.
