The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of curcuma on non-specific resistance of carp (Cyprinus carpio) infected A. hydrophila (leukocytes, hematocrit, leukokrit, phagocytic activity and other types of leukocytes). This study used five treatments, 1) Kp: positive control (without giving a solution of curcuma and the infection A. hydrophila), 2) Kn: negative control (without a solution of curcuma and without the infection of A. hydrophila), 3) P1: curcuma 0.2 g / l, 4) P2: curcuma 0.4 g / l, 5) P3: curcuma 0.6 g / l. The average leukocyte activity and phagocytosis after soaking the highest and significantly different treatment P3 P <0.05 where for an average of 22.25 ribu/mm3 and leukocyte phagocytosis activity by 27.20%. Average A. hydrophila infected leukocytes after the highest yield in treatment P3 (27.70 ribu/mm3) showed no significantly different P> 0.05 and phagocytic activity after A. hydrophila infection was highest in treatment P3 (31.70%) showed different real P <0.05. it can be concluded that the use of solution with a concentration curcuma of 0.6 g / l can increase the resistance of the fish.otherCurcumaAeromonas hydrophilaCyprinus carpioleukocytesKETAHANAN NON-SPESIFIK IKAN MAS (Cyprinus carpio) YANG DIBERI LARUTAN TEMULAWAK (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb) TERHADAP Aeromonas hydrophilaArticle
