This study uses the webqual 4.0 method for its indicators, then the data is analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 13 active lecturers who teach in the Computer Science department. The results of this study indicate that the overall quality of the performance of the University of Riau remuneration website is in accordance with user expectations. Based on the results of the IPA diagram mapping, although there are no attributes included in quadrant I, improvements can be made to indicators that have a value of < 100% compliance, namely indicator 2, indicator 14 and indicator 15. for indicator 2 access to remunerasi.unri.ac.id TED en can be done quickly, the recommended recommendation is to implement Minify.
