Detection of protozoa was carried out the method of staining tricrome. The design of this research is descriptive from the data was collecting by performing microscopic examination and counted manually. From 76 sampels were examined 9 sampels were found Entamoeba histolytica (11,8%). Frequency Entamoeba histolytica based on the age was higest at 1-5 years old (40,9%) and higest in boys (27,27%).enPhatogen intestinal protozoa,Entamoeba histolytica
