The purpose of this guidance is to improve the students’ communication in verbal and non verbal. Isolated student is student who has bad social relationship in interating with his/her friends in classroom. This study aimed to determine isolated students communicative competence illustration before and after given guidance group, to know the differences, and to know the effect of guidance group. The subject of this study consisted of 16 students at science class XI of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The writter used experiment quasi one group which consisted of pre-test and post-test. In conducting the data, the writter used “Sampling Puposive” which was the sampling techniquie with specific considerations. The data collection technique consisted of sociometry and communication sheets. From the finding of this study, the isolated students’ ability in communicating was still low.
