The chemical activation was performed by using mass ratio of carbon and KOH 1:3, 1:4, and 1:5 at a temperature of 80o C for 2 hours and also irradiated by a microwave of 600 watts for 20 minutes. Combination of chemical activation and microwave radiation affected physical properties of those three electrodes. The physical properties consisted of surface morphology electrodes, crystalline properties and a content of carbon electrode elements. Surface morphology structure, crystalline properties of electodes, and a content of carbon electrode elements were analyzed by using Scanning Electron Microscopy method, X-ray Diffraction, and Energy Dispersive X-rays. The X-rays Diffraction measurement showed the amorphous peaks of carbon electrodes at 2θ of 23.9330- 47.340 which represented the presence of carbon materials with their crystal orientation of (002) and (100). The Energy Dispersive X-rays analysis showed the carbon contents of 98.73% and 97.48%. The results indicate that the physical properties of supercapacitor electrode is affected by the concentration of activator materialenCoconut shell carbonMicrowavesMicrowavesMicrowavesSpraying methodPENGARUH KOMBINASI AKTIVASI KOH DAN RADIASI GELOMBANG MIKRO PADA ELEKTRODA KARBON TEMPURUNG KELAPA TERHADAP SIFAT FISIS SUPERKAPASITORstudent Paper Post Degree
