The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of hCG on ovulation and hatching of snake skin gouramy (Trichogaster pectoralis) fish. The hatching dosage of hCG treatment to induce ovulation were 1000 IU/kg,1250 IU/kg, 1500 IU/kg and 1 ml of NaCl 0.9 % as a control respectively, The best dosage of hCG treatment was obtained at dosage 1250 IU/kg of body weight which produced latency period of 4,24 hours, 2) number of ovulated egg 1081, Ovi Somatic Index 6,63%, eggs diameter increment 0,23 mm, fertilization rate 35,61%, Hatching rate 11,09% and survival rate 91,59 %. The temperature ranged from 27-290C and pH was 5.otherhCGOvulationTrichogaster pectoralisTHE EFFECT OF hCG INJECTION (HUMAN CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN) AT DIFFERENT DOSAGE TOWARD OVULATION AND HATCHING RATE OF SNAKE SKIN GOURAMY (TRICHOGASTER PECTORALIS)Article
