Jur. 2012Stem rot of oil palm is caused by the fungus Ganoderma boninense it is an important thing that must be considered in the cultivation of crops. Farmers Disease control by synthetic fungicides which use regulary but often has a negative impact. Alternative control that can be used that formulation biofungisida. The formulation consists of the active ingredient, food ingredients, mixing materials and carrier materials. Raw foods can be used is the leaves of weeds, carriers can take advantage of kaolin and mixing materials can utilize starch. Biofungisida formulation retention is an important thing to consider because it will affect the antagonistic power of Trichoderma pseudokongii. This study aimed to test the antagonist T. pseudokoningii Rifai in biofungisida formulation containing reeds with different storage time of on fungus G. boninense in vitro and get the best. The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Pathology Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. The experiment was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2012. Culture of T. pseudokoningii used obtained from fungal culture collection which contained in the Plant Pathology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. Biofungisida formulation used in the form of flour and stored for 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Storage duration of 4 weeks is the best storage biofungisida formulation which is containing reeds with active ingredients T. pseudokoningii. Inhibition of T. pseudokongii biofungisida in the formulation of the fungus G. boninense very fast at storage time of 4 weeks.otherBiofungisidaT. pseudokongiiG. boninensestorage durationUji Antagonis Trichoderma pseudokoningii rifai Dalam Formulasi Biofungisida Yang Mengandung Alang-Alang Dengan Lama Penyimpanan Yang Berbeda Terhadap Jamur Ganoderma boninense Pat Secara In Vitrostudent Paper Post Degree
