This paper examines whether the rights of woman victims of domestic violence in Indonesia based on principles of Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Againts Women (CEDAW). This research is normative legal one and uses secondary data. The conclusion is Elimination of Domestic Violence Law (UUPKDRT) has applied principles of CEDAW. In this paper, writer recommends to build special court to face cases of domestic violence.
