A microorganism that can cause diarrhea is intestinal helminth infestation. The purpose of this study was to detect intestinal helminth infestations, such as species of helminth infestation of nematodes, trematodes, and cestodes in feces diarrhea children aged 1-14 years were treated at the Community Health Center of Hospitalization Pekanbaru. Examination of samples conducted by feces examination specimens had been made directly with 2% Eosin staining and examined under a microscope in Parasitology Laboratory Faculty of Medicine, University of Riau. This research was a descriptive study. Feces samples from 97 children with diarrhea were examined obtained 12 samples (12.4%) positive intestinal helminth infestations. Intestinal helminth are detected intestinal nematodes, which 7 samples (7.2%) positively infested with Ascaris lumbricoides, and 5 samples (5.2%) positively infested with Trichuris trichiura.
