DSE fungus helps in the absorption of nutrients in the soil, so that it can stimulate plant growth. Chili, eggplant, and mustard plants are potential plant sources to obtain DSE fungal isolates. The purpose of this study was to isolate DSE from chili, eggplant, and mustard plants from different agricultural land locations, especially Kampar Regency. Isolation of DSE used Corn Meal Agar (CMA) medium. The results of this study were obtained 25 different isolates of DSE fungi.enascomycetesm dark septate endophyteisolationISOLASI DARK SEPTATE ENDOPHYTE DARI TANAMAN CABAI, TERUNG, DAN SAWIArticle
