In this research KOH is used as catalyst. The rendement obtained was 76% and the structure was confirmed by UV, IR, 1H-NMR and MS spectroscopy. The toxicity was evaluated by Brine Shirmp Lethality Test (BSLT) method againts larvae of Artemia salina Leach.
