Supervision as independent variable (X) and work dicipline as dependent variable (Y) and the number of respondents of this research took 37 people. Through data obtained questionnaires subsequently processed and than tested through statistical analysis such us a simple regression test. Colleration analysis and determination with help of SPSS version 16. That result of this reserch indicate that testing made hypothesis T tast. T count (5,499) > T table (2,030). This suggests that surveillance significantly influence the level of work discipline nurses.
