The dosage of pineapple solution used in this study were 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and without the use of a solution of pineapple as a control respectively. The results of this study indicate that the use of pineapple solution with various concentration did not remove the egg adhesiveness, the highest result of fertilization rate 80,5%, hatching rate 78,3% and survival rate 78.3% when the eggs was treated with 1,0% of pineapple solution.otherEnzyme bromelainegg adhesioncatfishpineappleArticle
