The isolation process of suren plants was done by maceration with water solvent and fractionated with ethylacetate solvent. A 17.07 gram crude extract of black ethylacetate was resulted. Ethylacetate extract was separated using VLC and obtained 7 fractions. Fraction 2 was recrystallized until 170 mg of orange color and labeled as SEUTAG2. Cumarin type positive SEUTAG crystals according to the test showing the blue color of the reagent identification test. Furthermore, the pure compound SEUTAG2 was tested for biological activity, antioxidant test, toxicity test, antimicrobial test and insecticide test. The results of the study of pure compound activity of SEUTAG, on the IC50 antioxidant test of 3.52 ppm, the LC50 antirayap 4.03%, the toxicity of LC50 2900 ppm and the antimicrobial test were able to inhibit microbial growth against E.
