Purpose To Know What The implementation done a Compulsory Education 9 Years Of Delivering On Coconut Farmers Children In the Rantau Panjang village Enok sub-district Indragiri Hilir District. Hypothesis put forward is "Implementation of Compulsory Education 9 Years Less Implemented In Coconut Farmers Children In In the Rantau Panjang village Enok sub-district Indragiri Hilir District ". Qualitative descriptive study carried out in October-March 2013 Population and sample in this study is 532 KK, using sampling techniques or sample Aimed Purposive sampling of 32 people. Data collection instrument in this study purports A survey of 16 of 16 questions and interview questions. The formula: P = F / N x 100% (Sudjono, 2003: 40). Results of this study show that implementation of the Compulsory Education 9 Years In Coconut Farmers Children In the Rantau Panjang village Enok sub-district Indragiri Hilir District.
