The design of this research is descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. Questionnaires were distributed to students 10-12 ages with 140 respondents who are choosen by simple stratified random sampling. Instrument that used been was a questionnaire about knowledge and skill. This research used univariate and bivariate analyze with chi-square. The result of this research, there is no correlation (p value>0.05).
