Therefore, as for the problems inherent in this research is how the role of National Unity and Community Protection Politics in Riau province to guide the scope of NGOs in Riau Province and the obstacles faced and the Politics of National Unity Agency Public Protection Riau Province in doing guidance on the scope of the NGOs in the province of Riau Province? This research is qualitative, then for descriptive data analysis presented in the form of analysis. Data were collected through informants, key informants and data from the field.
