Abstract
Lactic acid bacteria was developed as a replacement for antibiotics to overcome bacterial infection that often affects pathogens in grouper farming, such as infections caused by the bacterium V. alginolyticusThe aim of this research was to investigate the ability of mixed lactic acid bacteria with commercial feeding to inhibit the development of V. alginolyticus bacteria which infected the body of E fuscoguttatus observe by hematology parameter. The method used was completely random sampling, there are 4 treatments with three time repeated. The result of the research showed that the rate of hematocrit value were between 28%-41%. Leukocyte were (40.000-117.000 cell/ml), neutrophils were (4-24%), monocytes were (13-24%), lymphocytes (53-82%), and phagocytosis activity were (22-58%). Based on the results of this study concluded that the addition of Lactic Acid Bacteria can enhance non-specific immune response tiger grouper.
