Abstract
Pseudomonas sp. LBKURCC149 is an indigenous bacterium isolated from crude oil-polluted land in the Badan Operasi Bersama PT. Siak Bumi Pusako-Pertamina Hulu (BOB BSP-PHE) region. The purpose of this study was to determine its growth phase Pseudomonas sp. was tested in a Minimal Medium (MM) liquid containing 0,2 mM naphthalene and incubated for 7 days. Optical Density (OD) of isolate were analysed to using spectrophotometer UV-Vis. The result showed that Pseudomonas sp. LBKURCC149 was able to grow and exponential phase occurs from the beginning to the the third day of incubation with optimum OD’s value is 0,104.
