dc.description.abstract |
The aim of this study was to isolate bacterial endophytes derived from Bruguiera sp. A total of 47 isolates of endophytic bacteria were isolated from the roots of Bruguiera sp. It was found that 14 isolates were active in inhibiting the growth of Vibrio alginolyticus, 4 isolates were active to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, while no isolate gave any inhibition zone for Staphylococcus aureus. |
