Penerapan Program Observasi Perilaku Dan Etika Lingkungan Dalam Pencapaian Budaya Perusahaan

Abstract

Environmental behavior and ethics is a fundamental part of achieving the Company's performance and as a key value in the embodiment of management of the Company. With high discipline and visible commitment, the environmental behavior and ethics as well as integrated the discipline with occupational safety and health which is applied at all times in workplaces it can realize outstanding Company performance, and gradually it can achieve the level of Corporate Culture. Achieving cultural levels requires effort by educating staff, from the leadership level to rank file on environmental awareness through understanding environmental aspects and impacts and potential safety hazards by designing through critical based inventory approaches and outlined in behavioral observation format that can be used as a reference for various institutions and organizations, including schools on how to realize environmental conservation in this country in a measurable manner with the concept of sustainable development. Analysis of the application of management system of environmental and safety behavior and ethics of upstream oil and gas sector companies as a case study of this paper.
