dc.description.abstract |
Export of black tea from Indonesia tend to be decreased from 2008 to 2012 due to the quality of the Indonesian black tea is not good enough to compete with other black tea exporter countries. The competitive advantage of Indonesian black tea industry can be increased by improving the quality control of black tea production process. The Critical Control Point of black tea production process is drying process. The objectives of this research was to analyze the relation between the causes of drying process deviation in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) Wonosari, Lawang based on sigma value using Interpretive Structural Modelling to provide recommendation of improvement priority for reducing defects in the drying process |
