QUALITY ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION OF EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE AT PT. GREENTECH CAKRAWALA MOTORINDO PEKANBARU

Abstract

This study aims to determine how these variables influence the quality of leadership and oversight of the work discipline of employees at PT. Greentech Cakrawala Motorindo pekanbaru. This study uses primary data is data obtained from interviews and questionnaires giving to all employees at PT. GreentechCakrawala Motorindo Pekanbaru. Primary data were obtained relating to the objects and organizational structure. in this study population of 50 people and census methods. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression. From the results of testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable quality of leadership and supervision partially affect labor discipline, leadership qualities and variables have the most significant effect of the variable labor discipline. The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by the variable quality of leadership and supervision together the disciplines of 70.3% variable, while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
