FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) PADA KARYAWAN PT PLN (PERSERO) UNIT PELAYANAN TRANSMISI (UPT) PEKANBARU

Abstract

This research aims are to find the factors impact to The Safety and Health Program for the employee of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru and to know about the problem that occured in The Safety and Health Program for employee of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru. The population of this research are all the employee of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru and region employee of UPT Pekanbaru. Sample technic was area sampling method with sensus. This research also used descriptive analysis to analized the data research. According to this research result the implementation oleh The Safety and Health Program at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru were categorized as Not Good because from five factors that important to perform this program, only human factor dan discipline were good in implementation by the company. But the tire, boreness, techical, environment and controllinng factor are not yet in a good implementation. Keyword: The Safety, Health Program, factors impact
