Abstract:
Overcome people with psychotic discorders be essential especially in the critical condition economy, and the conditions are increasingly erratic. Management development social welfare is a duty, authorities and responsibilities of local government as the implementation with regional autonomy. But not least, were also participation people through social organization, and other organization to participate in overcome social welfare. The be a goal for this research is to know the program on distrubance psychotics in a tampan mental hospital pekanbaru. Concept theory that researchers used was implement and programs. This research using methods reserch qualitative studies with file in descriptive. In the collection of data, researchers used technique interview observation and documentation.
