dc.description.abstract |
culture and climate of organization and management have high
influnce to the proses of work of employee. A good culture and climate of
management and organization is an organization with values that recoqnized
and applied, and also developed together, not only forced to applied 1o the
other employee. In other words the values which applied in an organization
is a result of consensus and it should be applied universally. Appiication of
values which not accepted by all mammber of an organization can disturb
climate and mangement of the organization and decrease working capabelity
of employee |
