Abstract:
Execution of duty is to represent important matter in Institution or organization, with existence of execution of duty which is good to be expected can improve performance better. Target of this research is to know evaluation execution of officer duty at Office Sub-Regency Chief of Bangko Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir. Problems at this research is execution of duty less execute better, and goals which wish to be reached from execution of duty less as according to his realization. This research use theory of Jhon Suprihartono, explaining that execution of duty can be measured from : Domination of duty, ability work along, ability finish punctual work, and existence of correct job report. This Research target is to analyse execution of officer duty at Office Sub-Regency Chief of Bangko Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir, and analyse factors resistor of execution of officer duty at Office Sub-Regency Chief of Bangko Sub-Province of Rokan Hilir. Research result indicate that execution of officer duty good enoughly, namely goals which wish to be reached enough as according to his realization, namely enough officer can in execution of duty which have been given, while factors resistor of execution of officer duty is in the case of lack of facilities and basic facilities execution of duty and making of report result of execution of duty often experience of delay or mistime as according to schedule which have been determined
