Abstract:
The Srategy of the Implementation of Coaching Vagrant and
Beggar By Department Social and Cemetery Pekanbaru. This research to look at
strategy of the implementation of coaching vagrant and beggar in Pekanbaru with
Departement Sosial and Cemetery Pekanbaru as implementer. This kind of research is
qualitative, a thought system or an event in the present in order to provide a
systematic overview of the facts or phenomena in the field with a descriptive
approach. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. Data analysis
technique used in this research is the data with the results of the interview outline.
The result of this research indicate strategy of the implementation of the coaching
vagrant and beggar not effectif.
