PELAKSANAAN TUGAS DINAS SOSIAL DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN KELEMBAGAAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL MASYARAKAT MISKIN DIDESA KUALA KERITANG KECAMATAN KERITANG KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

The number of poor people in Sub Keritang in the last 3 years has increased, especially for the rural village of Kuala Keritang is the greatest number of poor people. Of the existing conditions in the field the authors find some symptoms or phenomena, among others: the less the maximum Social Service Indragiri Hulu in increasing empowerment of the poor in the village of Kuala Keritang is evident that an increasing number of poor people in this village, the lack of Social Services rehabilitation in providing social welfare services in the village of Kuala Keritang, such as providing job training and skills specific to the field of public / neglected children / orphans / nursing and the absence of the Department of Social descend to the village of Kuala Keritang to do counseling utilization of community economic development and improve participation of the community to participate in activities of social guidance and participate in improving care for poor families, abandoned children. The purpose of this study is: weeks to investigate and analyze the performance of duties of Social Service social welfare institutional empowerment of the poor in the village of Kuala Keritang Keritang Indragiri Hilir district and to identify and analyze the constraints faced in the implementation of the tasks of Social Service in the empowerment of social welfare institutions the poor in the village of Kuala Keritang Keritang Indragiri Hilir district. The population in this study were all poor people in the village of Kuala Keritang District Keritang Indragiri Hilir.Dari existing populations in this study were all employees of the Department of Social Welfare, for, Secretary of the Department, Sub-Division, Division Chief, Section Chief. and sampled to be Dept. of Social Key informant. As for the poor people in the village of Kuala Keritang sampled in this study. using accidental sampling technique as much as 50 people. From the above table it can be seen the results of the research respondents about improving the welfare of the poor by the Department of Social Welfare where most of the respondents to respond well enough on improving the welfare of the poor by the Department of Social Welfare in the village of Kuala Keritang. Peningkatam conducted welfare is expected to improve the lives of the villagers of Kuala Keritang such as venture capital assistance from the UED SP, livestock assistance program.
