DUKUNGAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMILIHAN KETUA RT 03 (STUDI PEMILIHAN CALON PEREMPUAN DI KELURAHAN TUAH KARYA KECAMATAN TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2012)

Abstract

This study entitled Public Support In Elections Of RT 03’s Chairman (Study of Women Candidates In Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City in 2012). Chairman of the election results in the female RT in RT 03 / RW 03 Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City in 2012 is a new chapter for political order in the region of RT 03/RW 03 Kelurahan Tuah Karya. It is characterized by Liya Nofita election, the candidate winning—Liya Novita—the majority vote outperformed other RT Chairman. Liya Nofita gained 323 votes beat Alinurdin candidates who obtained 195 votes and 218 votes for Makmur obtained. This study aims to determine the cause of election Factors RT Women Candidates in Elections Chairman of RT 03/ RW 03 Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kecamatan Tampan, Forms Community Provided Support To Women Candidates for Chairman of RT, and the Group Chairman Gives Support To Prospective RT’s Women. The research method used was a qualitative method. The technique used in this study is to conduct interviews and observations to the parties who can provide information relevant to this research. The data obtained in this study derived from primary data obtained from interviews and observations, and secondary data obtained from the documents and archives. From this research found some factor Causes Women Candidates in Elections Chairman in Chairman of RT 03 / RW 03 Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kecamatan Tampan is kinship factors, factors popularity and financial ability, leadership factor and the factor of political strategy. Form of Community Provided Support To Women Candidates for Chairman of RT in the form of emotional support and support groups. The support Groups comes from family and community-based groups (Assembly Ta'lim, PKK, Tribal Organizations and IHC).
