Abstract

Results of the identification problem in SMA Negeri 1 Mine Kampar regency, less optimal exercise of the Four Corners Drill agility students. Exercise Star Bear Crawl Drill With the agility of students.Lateral Shuffle agility exercises to students. Butterfly Drill agility drills for students. Coverage of the agility drills students. Forward Run agility exercises to students. Exercise zig zag run towards agility students. Running exercises back to back against dribble agility students. This research is experimental. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Mine. The study sample as many as 26 people. Data were collected through the end of the initial test and vertical jump. Data were analyzed descriptively, then further testing hypotheses that have been proposed in accordance problem is: there are Four Corners Effect of Exercise Training Drill With Star With Bear Crawl Drill for Football Student Extracurricular Agility at SMA Negeri 1 Mine Kampar regency. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there are significant training method comparison with Star Four Corners Drill Drill With Bear Crawl on agility skills on Football Student Extracurricular SMAN 1 Mine, where keberartiannya tested by t test and yield of 11.91 t and ttable 1,720. Means t> t table. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.
