Pengaruh Sektor Ekonomi Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi Riau

Abstract

One indicator of economic progress in a region can be seen from the development of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). GDP shows the extent of production which has been created by each economic sector in a given year. The higher the GDP is generated on each sector, the greater the contribution of the sector to the regional economy. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of economic sectors (oil and non oil) on revenue Riau Province from 1990 to 2011. Data used in this study is secondary data and the economic sector GDP report revenue realization Riau Province contained in the Central Statistics Agency Riau Province. The statistical methods used to test the research hypothesis is multiple linear regression. Results of this study showed that the oil and gas non sector of the economy any significant effect on local revenue Riau province, although not as high as in the economic growth of oil and gas. Especially from the mining sector, the construction sector, the transport sector and service sector. The results also showed that the oil and gas sector of the economy a significant effect on local revenue Riau province, especially in the mining sector, manufacturing sector , trade, hotels and restaurants sector, and transport and communications sector. keywords: economic sector and regional revenue of Riau Province.
