dc.description	Pelaksanaan fungsi BAPPEDA dalam perencanaan pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat berdasarkan peraturan walikota dumai nomor 33 tahun 2008, pada dasarnya fungsi yang di emban oleh BAPPEDA yang telah tertuang di dalam perwa Dumai no.33 tahun 2008 tentang tugas, fungsi dan uraian tugas BAPPEDA kota Dumai belum berjalan secara baik dan optimal kenyataan ini dapat di lihat dari 50 responden, di peroleh rata-rata 22 responden yang menyatakan cukup baik yaitu sekitar 44% yang menyatakan sangat baik sekitar 21 responden sekitar 42% dan 7responden yang menyatakan tidak baik sekitar 14%, dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat di kota Dumai.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Regional Planning Board (BAPPEDA) has a very important function in the context of local development planning, because these institutions have been endowed with the authority in charge of regional development planning in accordance with the contents of Major Regulation (Perwa) number 33 of 2008 on the duties, functions and job descriptions in mentioned in article 3 point F which is "the formulation of development plans which include the economic, agricultural and socio-cultural and human resources and infrastructure", it aims solely to the community prosper Dumai city, one of which is the economy, it is necessary held such a society's economic development, especially to people who are less able or are considered poor.	en_US
