dc.description	Perlindungan hukum Internasional terhadap tari tradisional bangsa indonesia telah diatur baik dalam bentuk soft law dan hard law, namun dalam kenyataanya masih ada kasus-kasus yang melibatkan tari tradisional dalam hukum nasional Indonesia mempunyai Undang-undang hak Cipta No 19 Tahun 2002 namum belum ada peraturan pelaksana untuk melindungi tari tradisional .indonesia telah meratifikasi Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage 2003 (Konvensi untuk Perlindungan Warisan Budaya TakBenda) dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Pemerintah No.78 tahun 2007 Dan mengimplemantasikan dengan Peraturan Bersama Mentri Dalam Negeri Dan Mentri Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata No.42 Tahun 2009 Dan 40 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pedoman Pelestarian Kebudayaan.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	A dance is a creation of human being in terms of art, the purposes of this research is about discovering and analyzing the protection of Intellectual Property Rights protection on traditional arts in Indonesia, and to discover and analyze about law prospecting about Intellectual Property Rights in Indonesia; in the framework of giving protection to traditional arts from other state’s piracy. in case of giving protection to traditional arts from other state’s piracy is To form the regulation that suitable with local society needs, Documentation as a medium to give defensive protection with society or NGO involvement on documentation effectively process which main and local government endorsements, Prepare the permanent mechanism of benefit sharing.	en_US
