dc.description	Faktor–faktor penyebab terjadinya pelanggaran minuman keras di kecamatan Kampar timur yaitu faktor lingkungan dan juga fator pendidikan sangat berpenngaruh akan timbulya tindak pidana pelanggaran mengkonsumsi minuman keras yang berlebihan yang merusak moral dan kesehatan penggunanya. Mengkonsumsi minuman keras ini akan menyebabkan kecanduan yang diakibatkan oleh zat adiktif yang terkandung didalamnya, tidak hanya menyebabkan kecanduan tetapi akan dapat juga menyebabkan kerusakan syaraf. Faktor bimbingan orang tua juga menjadi faktor terjadinya pelanggaran minuman keras ini karena keluarga adalah patokan awal bagi seseorang untuk dapat berprilaku baik dalam kehidupan didalam masyarakat.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	With the rapid progress and development of the times in the various fields that are in line with developments in science and technology, apparently affect the behaviour of peaple who love to consume alcoholic beverages that are custom foreign nation that does not comform to the habits of indonesian society. That kind of thing was also experienced by the citizens in the districts of east Kampar, where drinking liquor has penetrated into every society. Therefore, the action should receive serious attention from all circles, both by law enforcement, government and the community itself.	en_US
