Abstract

This study will explain about United States of America Foreign Polices below Obama’s government, especially about Asia Pivot police. On the old government of USA, focus of their polices direct to USA’s national interest at Middle East. Finish with that, below Obama’s government as a new leader of this state, they changed their foreign polices focus to more prospect regional than Middle East at the moment, is Asia Pasific. Below USA’s new governmet, Asia pasific repositioned as important regional inside foreign polices of USA. USA is return thought Asia Pasific as a part of their foreign polices, remembered that this region to go through good growing, like economy, military, or politic, and China is the higher growing about it. And than, writer will explain about the growing up of China as a new power at Asia pasific and being a new threat for another state, especially for USA. Fact that USA was reposition Asia Pasific as important region, makes they have to change their foreign polices strategy by arranging relationship military deepenly with Australy, Philipina, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia. This research will describe about USA’s reason in the new government was changed their foreign polices focus to Asia Pasific regional with the Asia Pivot Police, based on USA military agretion phenomenas.
