Abstract:
Rural development and rural communities have strategic value and special features in order to improve the distribution of development and the results are primarily for the benefit of rural villages and large enough numbers.
In this study the authors use the theoretical concept of participation indicators: (1) Participation in the development bearing, (2) Participation in the accountability of rural development, and (3) Participation in receiving the results of rural development. The method used in this study was descriptive inferential techniques of data collection through questionnaires in the form of Likert scale is adjusted to a closed question with a question. After that, it will be concluded by quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The population in this study is the village of Bungsur totaling 304 households, the researchers set a sample size of 76 people.
The results showed that: (1) Level of community participation in physical development in the review of development belonging to the category of bear is carrying construction with a percentage of 76.32%. (2) level of participation in physical development in the review of the accountability of development are classified as belonging to the category with a percentage of 78.95%. (3) level of participation in physical development in the review of receiving the results of development are classified as belonging to the category with a percentage of 65.79%, and (4) level of participation in physical development District belong to the category of being classified as a percentage of 77.63%.
