Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to know difference the scientific attitude of
students between the class using physics experimental activity and the class
without physics experiments on static fluid in class XI Science MA Darul Hikmah
Pekanbaru Academic Year 2012/2013 second semester. The design of this
research is Randomized Control Group Design Only. Through random sampling,
class XI IPA 1 was chosen as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the
control class. Research data collection instruments are observation sheets
scientific attitude in learning physics that consists of 6 aspects. The scientific
aspects of the student's attitude is: 1) curiosity, 2) Work hard, 3) Responsible, 4)
Discipline, 5) Cooperation openly, 6) Think freely. Descriptive analysis showed
that the scientific attitude scores of students in the experimental class was higher
than in the control class. This is reinforced by the inferential analysis shows that
the scientific attitude of students through higher physics experiment than a
scientific attitude of students through learning without experimental physics. It
can be seen from the `value tcount > ttable is obtained tcount = 4.287 and ttable
= -2.048,
so the hypothesis there is a difference in the students' scientific attitude fluid
material class XI Science MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru between learning through
experiments with learning physics without physics experiments received at the
level of 95%. So with experimental activity can train attitude of students.
