Abstract

Woman is the person in society that have a personal image. As we know, in every culture so many poeple judge that the woman only can do work in the home. Like clean the house, washing plate, washing clotes, care of child and so on, but now in the global era that function step by step be the big thing. Woman today not only have a work like house keeeper but also be something that more or same like a man. Criminality as one society problem happen to woman too. Today woman’s position not only be a victim but also be an actor, many woman can do a criminal like corruption, murder, traffcking and other. And it can be happen because one of the negative effect from woman emancipation. But criminality that who woman do more than kind of soft criminal or people said that “white collar” criminal. When it do by brain and strategy than violance. So it will be something easy to do by a woman with their beauty and enchantment. But now woman not only do criminal included “white collar” but also “blue collar” criminal. This situasion are very big issue right now, woman who doing criminality every year more and more again. And from this situasion, we can learn about that issue, to know more about the reason and the way why woman can do that thing.
