Tingkat Kepuasan Orangtua Terhadap Layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Di Tk Nurul Iman Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar

Abstract

Kindergarten Nurul Iman in the village of Kualu Nenas known to be the choice for parents to educate their children. From the results of an interview with a parent who send their children studying at TK Nurul Iman be khown that although not only one kindergarten in the village, but kindergarten Nurul Iman is considered better, a possibility due to education service given by a tutor target to children who educated. The purpose of this researchis to find out the degree of satisfaction parents to service of early childhood education (AUD) in kindergarten Nurul Iman village Kualu Nenas subdistrict Tambang district Kampar. This research carried our in kindergarten Nurul Iman village Kualu Nenas subdistrict Tambang district of Kampar. As for the study done in four months, started from January to April 2013. Population in this research is an old person who has a child who attends in kindergarten Nurul Iman village Kualu Nenas subdistrict Tambang district Kampar as many as 75 parents. A sample in this study consisted of 75 parent who has a child who attends in kindergarten Nurul Iman village Kualu Nenas subdistrict Tambang district of Kampar. For a sample of the description in chapter presentation of the result obtained the average score of indicators glad accuired a percentage of 82% categorized as good, in an indicator of relief obtained the percentage of 81% by categorized good, and indicator delightedly obtained the percentage of 82% also categorized good.
